a cup of Oddly Correct
January 28, 2013
This delicious cafe, Oddly Correct, is in Midtown, Kansas City. They are a roaster as well and have grown slowly, the cafe is only a couple of doors down from the roastery. The design, baristas and coffee created an interesting and delicious space. The stands for the cups of pourover coffee added a lot to the experience. The Ethiopian Nekisse coffee was a 90 +coffee that blew my mind with the strawberry notes and full body. They used a local milk called Shatto that was sweet and delicious in my cortado. Everything was well thought out and intentional. They have a printing machine in the back with the roastery where the owner creates art for the bags and the walls.
