a cup of evoke

While on our way to Kansas City we stopped outside Oklahoma City, in Edmond, to try a cafe I had heard of but never tried. Evoke is a great example of Specialty Coffee’s growth.I was not expecting to find coffee of this quality on our travels and was pleasantly surprised at this cafe.  They are a very well designed cafe, showcasing coffee from multiple roasters. They pulled the shots well and were very informative with any questions we have. I loved the Topo Chico’s they served with our espressos. They had a video screen behind the espresso machine where they showed old movies, and they have a few liquor options as well but they are still figuring out how best to combine them with the coffee.
